• Diagnose and repair various pieces of agricultural equipment, from tractors to combines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
• Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and clear explanations of the work performed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and utilize special diagnostic tools.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Work with a fully-equipped service vehicle and adapt to a dynamic field schedule, including after-hours and on-call support as needed.

• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Valid driver's license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
• Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation

• 5+ years of experience in performing service repairs

Schedule: This is a full-time position that primarily operates outside of the dealership. Expect a flexible schedule with after-hours and on-call support required to meet customer needs.
