Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at gates, entry points, and/or lobbies by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials, maintaining visitor and vendor logs, and verifying appointments and/or delivery documentation;
Monitor alarms, access control systems, and/or video surveillance; respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Complete written reports and daily activity logs, document incidents and policy violations, and communicate key information during shift turnovers
