Armed Security Officer - Day Shifts

Citadel Security USA is hiring an Armed Security Officer for a site in the Dillon area. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced armed guard who can stay focused through 12-hour shifts, provide strong access control, and maintain a calm and professional presence. Officers in this role help ensure public safety, support site operations, and manage vehicle screening at a high-visibility location.

Location: Dillon, CO

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Officer Type: Armed

• Monitor vehicles and follow established screening procedures
• Turn away vehicles that exceed weight limits in accordance with site rules
• Accurately document and report all vehicles that are redirected
• Maintain situational awareness and follow post orders

• Minimum of 2 years of armed security experience or equivalent armed professional experience
• Ability to lawfully possess and carry a firearm under federal, state, and site regulations
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
