• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their operational goals
• Present, demonstrate, and sell agricultural equipment and related products
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
• Manage sales pipeline, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales
• Collaborate with service, parts, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to generate leads and sales

• Background in agriculture or agricultural equipment sales preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
• A customer-first attitude and a commitment to quality service
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet and maintain insurable driving status and pass pre-employment drug screening
