With over 80 locations, Riser Fitness is one of the nation's largest multi‑unit developers of the Club Pilates franchise system as well as one of the longest operating franchisees in the country.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to support the General Manager (GM) in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist the GM in sales and customer relations to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Position Type: Part Time

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in person, by phone and by email
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
  
  Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
• Attend special events and trainings as needed

• Execute the full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale; meet and exceed sales goals established by the GM
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing; emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and hospital events) to promote the studio
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills; perform other duties as assigned

• Hourly wage: $18.50‑19.00/hr
• Additional commission on sales
• Average total earnings (including potential commission): $18.50‑24.00/hr
