Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs;
Model customer engagement to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers;
Monitor store compliance with safety, operational controls and Merchandise Expose Standards execution;
Complete detailed incident reports in LPMS and follow up with authorities;
Conduct MES sweeps and fitting room checks and deescalate incidents
