As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before. You are the face of our company — proud of our products, engaged in building brand loyalty with every guest, and representing our values by bringing your real self to work.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they need, with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly move between Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• Assist the team in getting the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.
