Hello from Joyville! Joyville, Inc. is the parent company for 4 growing retail brands, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Our first store, Favor the Kind, began in 2007 with a flagship store in Dallas and expanded to a second location in Crested Butte, Colorado. ROAM Fine Goods, our fancy sister store came next with two locations in Dallas. In 2024 we launched a sustainable apothecary, general store, and refillery called Earnest John Honest Goods.
Lastly, we recently opened our passion project, a give-back kids store called The Friend Ship, inside ROAM to raise funds to send underprivileged kids to summer camp.
We are looking for Joy Makers for our location on Elk Avenue in Crested Butte during May-August Months.
At Favor the Kind, a Joy Maker is a part-time salesperson. We have big expectations for our Joy Makers, as they have the most critical job in the company: to create joy for our customers!
