Responsibilities- Partner with Store Manager to align decisions with Coach priorities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across all categories; track performance and achieve sales targets.
- Hold management team accountable for productivity and contribution.
- Implement clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
- Respond to market changes and support execution of sales tactics.
- Adhere to Coach’s Guide to Style and ensure associates meet expectations.
- Act as brand ambassador to drive loyalty through local initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues timely and partner with Store/District Manager as needed.
- Develop team to build long‑term customer relationships.
- Operate with ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Protect and drive business needs with Store/District Manager.
- Ensure daily tasks meet Coach standards.
- Deliver course correction promptly when appropriate.
- Build trusting relationships with peers and advocate for the brand.
- Adapt behaviors to achieve personal metrics and store performance.
- Delegate and empower others.
- Create enthusiasm for shared vision and mission.
- Recognize individual performance.
- Provide consistent and timely feedback to team members; create action plans for continuous development.
- Resolve performance problems through coaching and counseling.
- Adhere to all retail policies, including POS and Operations.
- Leverage Coach’s tools and technology to support store operations.
- Recruit, interview, on‑board and work with Store Manager to maintain top talent.
- Manage daily operational tasks, payroll, HR and loss prevention.
- Strategically forecast with Store Manager, plan and budget business needs.
- Communicate with Lead Supervisor and Store Manager.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of store building.

- Experience
: 1–3 years previous management experience in luxury retail preferred; knowledge of fashion trends. - Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical

Proficient with MS Office; experience using retail systems. - Physical

Execute at a fast pace; lift up to 25 lbs and 50 lbs on occasion; climb, bend, kneel required. - Schedule
:
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high‑traffic days.

CompensationBase pay range: $18.50 – $38.25 per hour. Minimum wage requirements will be met.
