The Flatiron Crossing location seeks energetic and customer‑focused Sales Associates for the upcoming season.
Position OverviewThe Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service while engaging customers and demonstrating product knowledge and expertise.

- Drive store sales by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
- Help customers find the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
- Encourage purchase of additional items at checkout.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards and maintain back‑room inventory.
- Execute floorset activities and assist with housekeeping.
- Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Sense of urgency and a healthy competitive spirit.
- Resilience with the ability to bounce back from setbacks.
- Willingness to take on more responsibility and seek coaching.
- Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and non‑business hours.
Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour. Maximum Salary: $19.25 per hour.
