Compensation: Up to $30.00 per hour or more, including base hourly rate, commissions, incentives, and employee benefits.

Overview: Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is growing in 2024. We are hiring outgoing, sales‑minded, and ambitious people to join our Retail Sales Teams across multiple states. As a Retail Sales Associate, your role is to provide an amazing customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the selection and buying process.

Responsibilities:

• Create an ideal customer experience each day.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle all customer situations to complete satisfaction.
• Assist Store and Assistant Managers with assigned tasks.
• Complete required training.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
• Develop professional skills for career advancement.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably with Verizon or similar wireless.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in sales/customer service.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless technology.
• Ability to travel to assigned district locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays with flexible schedule.
• Must be 18+ and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
