WhatYou ll Do This is a Full-Time Hourly Supervisory Position
- Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including business performance, product management, and ensuring the team has the tools to succeed.
- Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message to customers.
- Responsible for ensuring products are merchandised according to GNC standards and easy to see and buy.
- Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and customer relationships that lead to sales and repeat business (e.g., MYGNC Rewards).
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while helping sales associates realize their sales potential.
- Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage performance, including feedback, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
- Opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits per GNC procedures.
- Attend community events to promote the organization s mission and initiatives.
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting; above and below waist and over shoulders.
- Repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds; occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stock rooms.
- Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
