Multi-Outlet Cook – Casino Kitchen

Bring your culinary skills to an exciting casino environment!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll prepare dishes for multiple outlets—fine dining steakhouse, quick‑serve venues, event dining, and more. If you thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen and love variety, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and cook food items safely and accurately following standard recipes and menu specifications.
  • Deliver exceptional plate presentation and ensure freshness of all offerings.
  • Work across multiple outlets including fine dining, quick‑serve, and event dining.
  • Monitor assigned stations and assist with production of menu items and ingredients.
  • Cook, prepare, garnish, and assemble dishes for various dining experiences.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner when applicable.
  • Follow all health department codes, handwashing guidelines, and time/temperature control rules.
  • Label and store food properly using FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure safety for employees and guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Casino Kitchen Responsibilities
  • Operate in a high‑volume, fast‑paced casino environment with strict compliance standards.
  • Understand and adhere to Colorado Division of Gaming regulations and all applicable laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a regulated setting.
  • Ensure proper use of kitchen tools and equipment in accordance with casino safety standards.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a high‑volume kitchen and customer‑facing environment preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Knowledge of PPE and sanitation laws.
  • Strong communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships and work as part of a team.
  • Completion of all required company training programs.
