We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our team at MTN Prime Steakhouse in beautiful Idaho Springs, CO. As a Bartender at MTN Prime, you will have the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and provide exceptional service to our guests.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to specialty drinks. You will also interact with customers, take orders, and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about bartending, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate for this position is professional, personable, and enthusiastic about creating delicious drinks. If you have previous experience as a Bartender and are looking to join a dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant setting, we would love to hear from you!
Pay ranges from $40-$70 per hour after tips and tip-outs.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests
- Interact with customers to take orders and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all company and safety policies
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Previous experience as a Bartender
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
