• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Operating Room experience, preferably in Orthopedics.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and instruments.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• CNOR certification.
• Experience with joint replacement, trauma, or spine orthopedic cases.

• Prepare and organize the operating room for orthopedic procedures.
• Verify surgical consents, patient identity, and procedure details.
• Coordinate surgical workflow, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff.
• Document all perioperative nursing care accurately.
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort at all times.
