• Deliver exceptional acute care and swing bed services, upholding the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate patient health data to develop and execute personalized care plans.
• Provide supportive therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with cultural and age-appropriate care.
• Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans for efficacy.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of all patient care activities.

• EDUCATION AND/OR
  
  EXPERIENCE:
  
  Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current CPR. Must maintain current ACLS and PALS certification or within 60 days of employment.
