Position: RN – Oncology Nurse Navigator
Location: Pagosa Springs, Colorado
Department: Oncology / Infusion Services
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10s (40 hours per week) Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m. No weekends or holidays
On Call: None anticipated
Weekends: None anticipated
Floating: Not required
EMR: Cerner

Minimum Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of Oncology Nurse Navigator experience
• Strong oncology nursing background
• ONC certification required
• Experience working with oncology patients in an outpatient or infusion setting
• Strong patient education and care coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
• Experience with infusion nursing
• Experience with port or PICC access
• Prior oncology navigation program experience
