Full-time/Part-time Position Available

Purpose: Provide direct care and services to our residents ("neighbors").

• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.) as outlined in care plans.
• Provide emotional, mental, and physical support.
• Maintain neighbor dignity and privacy.
• Coordinate medical appointments and transportation.
• Report changes in neighbors' conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and QMAP certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs (up to 250 lbs with assistance).
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

8-12 hour shifts, including holidays and weekends.
