• Active RN license (state-appropriate nursing certification required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room circulating experience; orthopedic OR experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Eligible for travel assignment: permanent address must be at least 65 miles from the facility
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings

• Serve as the OR circulator for orthopedic and other surgical cases — provide perioperative nursing care from pre-op through intra-op
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and perioperative team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Prepare operating room, instruments, and supplies; maintain sterile field and adhere to infection-control protocols
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and provide timely documentation of patient care and surgical events
• Demonstrate clinical flexibility to support a variety of surgical procedures and fast-paced case turnover
