Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a board‑certified ENT specialist in a growing outpatient practice located in our state‑of‑the‑art Outpatient Pavilion.
This role involves direct patient care, clinical procedures, pre‑ and post‑operative support, and collaboration across HRRMC’s integrated network of primary and specialty care providers.

- Certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an NP or PA required
- Prior experience in ENT, surgical, or procedural specialty preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions
- Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans in coordination with the supervising ENT physician
- Assist with minor procedures and post‑operative follow-up visits
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education efforts
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
