RN - LTC

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have strong LTC experience and a preference for MDS experience. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a difference in the lives of our residents.

This is a night shift position requiring availability to work 36 hours per week.

• Active, unrestricted CO LPN license
• Long-Term Care experience is required
• MDS experience is preferred

Shared housing is available, furnished, and includes Wi-Fi and cable. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.
