RequirementsRole Overview: A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short‑term and long‑term patient needs.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care & Evaluation
- Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.
- Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
- Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
- Patient Education
- Ensure patients understand post‑care instructions and follow‑up requirements.
- Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
- Customer Service & Advocacy
- Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service to patients and families.
- Collaboration
- Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
- Administrative Duties
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
- Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.
- Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.
- Proficiency in educating and communicating with patients and families.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
Education and/or ExperienceMinimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state. BLS Certification required.
