Role Overview: A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short‑term and long‑term patient needs.

• Patient Care & Evaluation
  • Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.
  • Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
  • Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
• Patient Education
  • Ensure patients understand post‑care instructions and follow‑up requirements.
  • Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
• Customer Service & Advocacy
  • Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service to patients and families.
• Collaboration
  • Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Administrative Duties
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.

• Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.
• Proficiency in educating and communicating with patients and families.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state. BLS Certification required.
