What You'll Do:

As an RN Days, you’ll serve as a key caregiver in a long-term care facility. Your clinical skills and compassionate approach will ensure residents receive personalized attention, effective treatments, and a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote residents’ well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments accurately
• Monitoring residents’ health status and responding to changes promptly
• Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license for Colorado
• Experience in long-term care or senior nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, with a flexible approach to day shifts
• Current CPR certification

Nice to Have:

• Experience with EHR systems
• Bilingual skills or additional languages
• Certification in CPR and first aid
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance

Education & Experience:

• BSN or ADN required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
