Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in long-term care or senior nursing care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting
Other Requirements:
- Reliable availability for day shifts
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to adhere to facility policies and procedures
