Exciting Opportunity Awaits! We’re offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time LPNs, with flexible shifts available:
Days, Evenings, or Nights. Nestled just west of the Metro, our beautiful Evergreen community is waiting for you!

We also provide a Mileage Program for those traveling 25 miles or more, along with Shift Differentials for Night Shifts and opportunities for Extra Shift Bonuses .

Your Role

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

  • Deliver quality nursing care through meaningful interpersonal contact.
  • Support patients in achieving and maintaining their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
  • Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
  • Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout your employment.
  • One (1) year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, with a commitment to keeping it current.
