Family Nurse Practitioner - Eaton, Colorado
Banner Health, one of the country's leading nonprofit healthcare networks, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in Eaton, Colorado. Build meaningful patient relationships in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Position Details:- Full‑time, outpatient | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM | No nights or weekends, minimal call
- Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day
- Provide care for all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Perform routine procedures including physicals, joint injections, minor dermatology services, and women's health
- Access to continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- DEA registration with prescriptive authority
- Family medicine experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and patient‑centered approach
- Salary: $117,500 – $137,500 (based on experience)
- Annual performance bonus and sign‑on bonus
