The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight care (7p-7a on Monday nights) for an extended care patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs. You will be working in the patients home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability throughout the night.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube
• Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health overnight
• Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as needed
• Administering Medications andTube Feedings
• Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records
• Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing
