Shift: Days
Pay: $40.86 – $63.33 per hour, dependent on experience.
Strongly Preferred: 3 years of clinic supervising experience.
Responsibilities- Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
- Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Perform or assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Assess quality of services delivered and facilitate staff development programs.
- Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
- Lead handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
- Apply critical thinking, decisive judgment, and work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- Minimum Required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - Required Licensure/Certification:
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level. - Minimum Experience:
3 years of nursing experience. Strongly Preferred: 3 years of clinic supervising experience. - Hold a valid BLS card (American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date). Card must remain valid for sixty days after hire.
