POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant, BLS certification

COMPENSATION BASE RATE

$17.50 to $25.50 dependent on experience (shift differential included)

$2,000 sign on bonus available to individuals not employed at Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in the last 36 months, with full-time employment & 1-year commitment.

Job Description

Supports the nursing department by providing direct resident care activities under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.

Essential Duties include but not limited to

• Personal care assistance
• Mobility assistance
• Monitoring resident health
• Emotional support and communication
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Documentation and reporting
