Are you a compassionate and experienced nursing leader ready to make a real impact? Pine Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to guide our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of resident-focused care.

What You’ll Do- Lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional care
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Onboard, train, and mentor nursing personnel
- Oversee care planning, quality assurance, and risk management
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care teams
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Previous leadership experience in long-term care (other qualifying experience considered)
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- A passion for resident-centered care
