Ecommerce Specialist

A fast growing, e-commerce brand selling direct-to-consumer and through marketplaces is searching for a creative professional to join their small but mighty team. This role requires someone to assist with developing, building, and executing strategy and vision.

• Work directly with leadership and coordinate with external marketing partners.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Shopify and Amazon marketplace platforms.
• Manage product pages, landing pages, and content updates in Shopify.
• Create and update Amazon image stacks optimized for conversion.
• Organize and prepare files specific to Amazon requirements.
• Maintain consistency between Shopify and Amazon presentation.
• Create and execute both digital and print creative.
• Manage content and asset library.
• Support paid media, email, and marketplace optimization.
• Support pop-ups, email capture flows, and campaign landing pages.
• Coordinate creative execution with marketing agency.
• Develop ad creative for Meta, You Tube, and social.
• Design email graphics and campaign visuals.
• Create brochures, sell sheets, spec sheets, and print collateral.
• Prepare print-ready files.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

• 2–5 years’ experience working with a consumer e-commerce brand.
• Strong Shopify Backend Experience.
• Experience supporting Amazon listings (Seller Central familiarity preferred).
• Meta ad creative experience.
• Email marketing platform experience.
• Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Understanding of e-commerce conversion principles.
• Experience preparing files for print production.
• Strong organizational skills (asset management mindset).
• Experience with Amazon A+ Content.
• Video editing skills (Premiere, Cap Cut, etc.).
