Job Duties
  • Operate, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment including CNC mills, lathes, mixing systems, and automated deposition tools
  • Perform post-processing, machining, trimming, and finishing operations on composite parts
  • Conduct dimensional checks, inspections, and quality verification using measurement tools
  • Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to maintain smooth production flow
  • Support packaging, handling, and preparation of parts for customer shipment
  • Collaborate with engineers and operations team members to improve processes and resolve issues
  • Document production activities, observations, and equipment performance for internal reporting
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across production areas
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or technician roles
  • Experience operating CNC mills or lathes and using inspection tools
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
  • Basic familiarity with composites, additive manufacturing, or electromechanical systems
  • Ability to perform hands-on work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Clear communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
  • Background in aerospace manufacturing or composite production
  • Familiarity with extrusion-based or paste-based 3D printing platforms
  • Knowledge of material mixing equipment or resin-based processes
  • Experience working in small teams or early-stage companies
