We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will lead and develop the Production Team, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivery of innovative, reliable solutions. This role is responsible for setting priorities, providing guidance, and fostering an environment where team members can thrive and contribute at their best. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and people-focused Production Supervisor, centered on Lean practices, to oversee manufacturing operations. This role plays a vital part in driving team performance, fostering a culture of accountability and growth, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a clean manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be a hands‑on leader who inspires excellence, ensures operational efficiency, champions people’s development, and always has a positive, continuous improvement mindset.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of clean manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, sessions to support career growth and skill development.
• Build a positive team culture rooted in trust and collaboration, and promote lean practice throughout your team and processes.

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure particle counting processes meet quality, safety, and delivery standards.
• Monitor team performance and adjust resources to meet production goals efficiently by robustly driving daily management at Tier 1 production boards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with planning, warehouse, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and optimize operations.

• Champion Lean and Kaizen methodologies to drive process improvements and eliminate waste.
• Facilitate team‑based problem‑solving sessions and improvement workshops.
• Track and report on improvement initiatives and their impact on key performance indicators.

• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, ISO
  9001, and ISO
  17025 standards.
• Deploy, train, enforce, and maintain controlled documentation updates to work instructions for building and/or testing products.
• Measure and track product quality data and ensure accurate product process related to quality and CTQ’s are strictly adhered to and followed.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to investigate deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Take full ownership and promote a safety‑first mindset that ensures compliance with OSHA and internal safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and lead incident investigations.
