Lead Cryogenic Engineering Technician - 588
We are seeking a Lead Cryogenic Technician in our Broomfield, CO, location.
Key Responsibilities:- Ability to work independently and follow operating procedures
- Production of cryogens and operation of liquefaction plant
- Coordinate with technical and R&D teams to fill and deliver cryogens
- Perform basic operation on turbo machinery including compressors, expansion engines, pumps, and vacuum systems – training provided
- General production duties to include filling out maintenance and production logs, tracking spreadsheets, and associated data entry
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment – job includes routine cleaning of work areas – brooms, dustpans, paper towels, etc.
- Comply with established safety protocols and other procedures
- Weekend shift work is required – both Saturday and Sunday
- Alternative flexibility with a possibility for 4x10 shifts, ideal
- High School Diploma/GED Minimum
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a production environment
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People’s Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Strong mechanical knowledge/aptitude preferred
- Maintenance/repair experience preferred
- Good attitude, ability to learn on the job, and willingness to take on any task
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and ability to document daily logs and project progress
Non‑Incentive Eligible. The pay range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
