Job Summary
Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
You Will Make An Impact In The Following Ways- Operate manual and automated production equipment to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and care on machines and equipment
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas and document production activities
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a safe workplace
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to identify and correct equipment issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve processes and skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to follow standard work instructions
- Ability to use hand tools and measurement tools effectively
- Awareness of quality control practices and the ability to identify non-conforming materials
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and proactive hazard recognition
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job requires a need to work with hand tools, work standing and using measurement tools
Education, Licenses, CertificationsHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
ExperienceRequires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation And BenefitsBase salary rate commensurate with experience.
