Sr. Production Specialist
Join Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, for a full‑time Sr. Production Specialist position. This hands‑on role involves lifting and stacking 40 lb. propane cylinders, cleaning, leak‑testing, inspecting, and supporting a safety‑focused team in changing weather conditions.

Pay- Production Specialist I - $20.00 per hour
- Production Specialist II - $21.00 per hour
- Sr. Production Specialist - $22.00 per hour

- Operate washer functions: placing cylinders on conveyor, sorting, removing sleeve, peeling label
- Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations
- Complete paint line operations: loading cylinders into tank hangers, applying paint with bag applicator, unloading tank hangers
- Operate shot blast, tare weight entry station, capper (data code label), and stacker (palletizing)
- Manually check for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions
- Perform cylinder refurb operations per workstation
- Stack finished product
- Ensure quality assurance checks
- Integrity and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, reliable
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Understanding of basic technical instructions, written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required now or in the future
