Essential Functions
- Create a supportive and professional environment which consistently delivers a spa experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Oversee all Spa operations including massage, hairdressing, nails, reception, retail, fitness center, etc.
- Responsible for all aspects of Spa staff including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, performance, mentoring, career growth, etc.
- Develop and monitor department budget and forecast using financial strategies to increase revenues while controlling operating expenses.
- Develop and implement inventory management and purchasing procedures, as well as monitoring and adjusting staffing levels, spa service appointments and operational expenses, to maximize spa profitability.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure the facility is maintained to luxury spa standards.
- Strategically and proactively develop programs, marketing initiatives and promotions to increase revenue generating opportunities, enhance the guest experience, and increase the repeat guest base.
- Create Wellness and Fitness experiences for the guests as appropriate.
- Support public relations requests for the spa and respond to all media leads.
- Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies.
- Ensure spa cleanliness and maintain and ensure the functionality of spa equipment.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are complied with.
- Effectively resolve all customer related issues.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Participate in and lead meetings.
$62,500+ annually based on experience
