We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excels at solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, timely work.

Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Supervise, lead, and develop team members.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving complaints or issues.
- Manage inventory and merchandise.
- Uphold safety standards.
- General knowledge of the automotive industry.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive service writer.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team or staff.
- Incentivized bonus plans.
