• Supervise and train warehouse team members, providing performance feedback and assigning duties
• Manage operational procedures related to incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory maintenance
  
  Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job assignments while tracking time and production records
• Monitor warehouse activities, including sales and purchasing, to ensure product availability
• Investigate accidents in accordance with company procedures

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from
  -20°F to 100°F, while using personal protective equipment
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.

• Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and accident investigation procedures
• Strong communication skills to maintain open lines with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
