Operations Manager

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends, overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and client satisfaction in our commercial cleaning company.

• Supervise and lead cleaning staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for subcontractors and key clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Perform site visits and inspections to assess service quality and identify improvements.
• Handle multiple tasks under pressure effectively.
• Conduct audits, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technology to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Provide training on cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols to minimize accidents.

• Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Solid understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
