Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, fixtures, property, and structures.

• Respond to all maintenance work orders from guests, employees, and supervisorscyclerview?
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property; report problems to the General Manager
• Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building, and equipment to prevent corrosion
• Hang wall fixtures, replace light bulbs and filters, and shampoo carpets
• Make local deliveries and pick‑ups
• Walk the property—interior and exterior, every morning and evening
• Maintain parking lot, pool, and grounds area according to established quality standards
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to the log schedule
• Work with the General Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager on special and ongoing projects and maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Conduct daily inspections of the hotel and determine maintenance needs
• Maintain all sidewalks and keep them clean and clear of debris, snow, and ice
• Follow key control policies, practices, and procedures
• Keep current on all equipment and machinery on the property

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience in basic repairs and preventative maintenance preferred
• 1–2 years of hotel experience is a plus

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; satisfactory criminal background screening required; professional references.
