Systems Engineer, IT Support, Technical Support
Location: Granby
We build software and hardware that powers independent ski resorts. We provide point of sale, ticketing, RFID access control, rentals, and the full stack — The full stack-from the database to the hardware.
We're the company behind Indy Ski Pass and Black Mountain, New Hapshire. We work exclusively with independent operators. No water parks. No trade shows. No VC chasing growth at all costs. We are small and dedicated team that works to understand problems and then solves them.
What makes us different:- 9 years. Zero layoffs. Stable company and remarkable growth.
- 25% of our team was born outside North America — we handle visa situations.
- We own our property our Headquarters in Grand County, Colorado; 90 minutes from DIA and in the center of world-class outdoor recreation. We currently have an East Coast base in Jackson, New Hampshire at Black Mountain.
- We value in-person collaboration. This is not a remote role with occasional meetups.
This is not a typical software engineering job. As a React / Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the bridge between our product and the ski resorts that depend on it. You will write code, install hardware, debug systems in real-world conditions, train operators, and bring back insights that shape what we build next.
