• Partner with the Product Owner to translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements through interviews and analysis
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and testers to refine requirements during sprints
• Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes, enhancements, and new features
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating that requirements are met

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and documentation
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and ceremonies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both business and technical teams

• Experience with process modeling, workflow diagrams, and use case analysis
• Knowledge of data structures, APIs, and integration concepts
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and wire framing tools
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence requirements
