• Builds network diagrams and supporting process documentation.
• Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral Standards.
• Perform additional assignments, assist the Monarch Technology Team with other requests as needed.

• Base compensation of $60,000–$70,000 annually
  , based on experience
• Yearly raises up to 5%

• Proactively analyzes network status and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Consults with internal Monarch teams to specify system requirements and design solutions.
• Partners with team leadership to propose, design, deliver, and evaluate the success of critical projects.
• Develops methods and tools for testing and implementing new LAN/WAN and/or server equipment.
• Configures, manages, and troubleshoots IPSEC VPN tunnels.
• Configures and maintains firewall rules.
• Administers the Office
  365 environment.
• Proposes and executes projects designed to improve or add functionality to Monarch’s network, or address ongoing network failure issues.
• Configures Microsoft Teams Rooms and phones.
• Conducts network troubleshooting for Monarch properties to cloud and on-prem servers.
