You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure customers can successfully leverage the platform. This role requires someone who can listen actively, analyze complex customer workflows, and turn them into clear, actionable documentation for internal teams. If you thrive in an environment where you can act as the bridge between customers and engineering, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Requirements Gathering:
Partner with customers to deeply understand their business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Solution Design & Customization Guidance:
Define customer-specific requirements for configuring and customizing the Autonomize AI platform (without direct technical implementation).
  • Business Analysis:
Translate customer workflows, processes, and goals into clear and actionable product configuration requirements.
  • Documentation & Communication:
Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and configuration guides to enable smooth implementation by engineering teams.
  • Internal Alignment:
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Design teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and prioritized.
  • Customer Onboarding Support:
Support onboarding by helping customers understand how the platform can be configured to meet their specific needs.
  • Product Feedback & Iteration:
Collect feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform future product features, enhancements, and configurability.
  • Stakeholder Management:
Act as the single point of contact for customer requirements, facilitating communication between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
You enjoy working with customers to understand their needs and help them succeed.
  • Detail-Oriented Analyst:
You have a knack for process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation, ensuring every detail is captured.
  • Collaborative Communicator:
You bridge the gap between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on requirements.
  • Problem Solver:
You thrive on solving customer challenges and finding creative solutions within the constraints of the platform.
  • Proactive & Organized:
You can manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience:

5 years experience in product management with 3+ years of experience in AI Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role focused on gathering and documenting customer requirements. Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Industry Expertise:
Experience with AI, ML, or data-driven platforms or applications is a plus, but not required. Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Business Analysis

    Skills:

Ability to map customer workflows and translate them into product configurations and technical requirements.
  • Strong Communication:
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with experience creating customer-facing documentation, requirements, and process flows.
  • Technical Acumen:
While you won’t be doing technical implementation, familiarity with APIs, AI/ML concepts, and platform configuration is a plus.
  • Education:
