• Structured thought process to bring the information and data together to enable design of business solution.
• Work with cross functional teams to design and support business process solution using data and intelligence.
• Hands on experience with data mining and data exploration using relevant tools and techniques to perform explorative analysis and to answer business questions (Inventory Management, Shrinkage, Refurb operations/Manufacturing process etc.).
• Ability to transform business question to data driven solution and proven track record of doing it in previous roles and responsibilities.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in design, development and maintenance of Business Intelligence, reporting and data applications and analytics solutions.
• Expertise with Tableau and data visualization, demonstrated abilities in developing reports using SAP BOBJ or similar tools.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL/Teradata/Snowflake Tableau etc.
• Good work ethic and passion to go beyond what is expected.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical insights.

• Design, develop, and support dashboards and reports. Provide analysis to support business management and executive decision‑making.
• Proven expertise in translating ambiguous business requirements into technical and analytical insights using various technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience to show strong work ethic and passion to go above and beyond, and willingness to work with a global and geographically diverse team.
