1. Software Testing Manager / Delivery Lead
• 7+ years leading software test/QA delivery (test manager, QA manager, or similar)
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams in milestone-driven programs
• Strong metrics-driven reporting experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; must be eligible for SAP brief

2. Lead Software Test Engineer (Strategy, Readiness, SDRLs, Traceability)
• 8+ years in software test engineering/verification, including test leadership
• Experience building test strategy, test plans/schedules, and leading readiness for TRR or similar gates
• Strong requirements-to-test-to-defect traceability and defect lifecycle management
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; must be eligible for SAP brief

3. Software Test Engineer (Automation + Execution) — Monostatic Radar Focus
• 4+ years software test engineering with hands-on test automation
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD or gated build pipelines
• Experience testing or developing in C++ environments (direct C++ coding a strong plus)
• DoD Secret clearance (active preferred) required; must be eligible for SAP brief
