Home Sphere, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with development skills to manage, simplify, and continuously improve our current Salesforce system.
Are you a creative and analytical problem-solver interested in growing your Salesforce development skills in a sales operations environment? This role is responsible for ensuring that our teams can capitalize on the customer data captured in the CRM system efficiently and effectively. We are seeking a self-starter to manage our Salesforce business processes, configuration, and automations.
What you'll do:The Salesforce Administrator's responsibilities include supporting users, maintaining our Salesforce databases, training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products, running projects to increase the effectiveness of the tool for Home Sphere, as well as working with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and troubleshoot Flow processes and data management. Finally, this position will be responsible for staying current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates.
Responsibilities:- Serve as a business analyst, sales operations/support, and system admin
- Design and implement automated business processes using Salesforce tools like Flow.
- Own all Salesforce configuration and management, including working with custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and flows while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, analyzing data, and identifying business growth opportunities through Salesforce reporting, data analysis, and revenue management.
- Manage user accounts, permission sets, and sharing rules, ensuring a secure and efficient Salesforce environment for all teams.
- Oversee data cleansing and integrity, utilizing data loader and reporting analytics for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Perform multifaceted Salesforce systems audit, evaluating fields, data quality, users and permissions, license, and storage, installed apps and integrations, API usage, reports and dashboards, release readiness, and overall system health.
- Completing Salesforce refreshes in the dev environments three times per year.
Successful candidates will be certified as an Administrator and have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator as well as:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionality, especially Flow
- Experience with Flow, Conga, Sertifi, Own Backup, Pardot, Validity Demand Tools, SF Maps, Einstein Analytics, and Rollup Helper required. Strong foundation in both technical and operational aspects of business processes.
- Knowledge of Data loader for updating information when organizational changes occur. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
- Experience in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases
- Strong skills in providing user support and training.
- Attention to detail in writing system and training documentation.
- Experience with Salesforce API preferred.
- Knowledge of Apex coding preferred.
- Knowledge of Visualforce preferred
- Experience in Sales Operations or Sales Management
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred
This position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations, supporting users across the organization. This role will also interact with other teams on projects and lead the development and design of Salesforce for Home Sphere. We currently work in the office Mo–We, and remotely Th–Fr.
Home Sphere provides its employees with a full package of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as prescription coverage, a 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off. The expected salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000, based on skills and experience.
