Quantinuum, a world leader in quantum computing, seeks an experienced senior consultant to join its consulting and advisory function. The role combines client delivery, business development, and practice contribution within one of the Finance, Chemicals & Materials, or Pharmaceuticals verticals.

• Lead consulting engagements through structured problem definition, analysis, and development of client‑ready recommendations grounded in quantum computing capabilities.
• Break down complex business or technical problems into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead client discussions, interviews, and working sessions; guide stakeholders through analysis and implications.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and shape new advisory work, including contributing to proposals and statements of work.
• Work cross‑functionally with hardware, software, product, and research teams to integrate technical perspectives into advisory engagements.
• Contribute to the development of advisory methodologies, reusable assets, and thought leadership materials informed by a solid understanding of quantum computing.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, transformation, or analytical roles within professional services or advanced‑technology environments.
• Strong ability to synthesize technical quantum computing and business information and produce clear, structured recommendations.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and technical quantum computing subject‑matter experts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with quantum computing technology is required.

Incentive eligible range: $192,000 – $240,000 annually.
