HR Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive HR support to multiple manufacturing sites, acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers alike. This role functions as part of a nationwide HR Shared Services team, ensuring consistent HR processes, policies, and compliance across all locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in supporting a multi-site, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary HR contact for assigned manufacturing sites, addressing employee inquiries, providing guidance, and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate policies.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Partner with HR Shared Services team members to provide seamless support to sites nationwide.
- Coordinate training, development, and recognition programs across multiple locations.
- Support HR reporting and analytics, preparing regular updates for site leadership and corporate HR.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing or operations environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capable in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a nationwide HR Shared Services team.

- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
